  I had a very nice used camper for sale on FB. Wade Nobles contacted me about purchasing the RV from me directly, through Camping World. We came to a very good agreement as far as price. He had someone pick it up within 2 days, paperwork was easy, the whole process was suprisingly enjoyable. The customer service that Wade provides throughout the process is top notch!! Thank you, Wade!!

  Travis was cool walking us around... Good guy. But this janitor banged repeatedly very hard on the bathroom door while my wife was changing our loudly crying baby. Incredibly rude fella, no etiquette or values these days. Other than that I'd give them 5 stars, but this just rubbed me the wrong way on a deep level, so they get 1 for not even approaching this janitor about the issue after we notified them.

  Called on Friday at 3pm. We had a plumbing issue that really couldn’t wait as we couldn’t turn water on to our camper because the faucet was leaking bad. We have bought our camper from a camping world also have warranty with them along with GS membership and insurance through GS. I was told they couldn’t make a mobile service call that late in the day also I would have to wait til Monday. We were leaving pigeon forge on Sunday. In my opinion this is really bad service and business.

  I wanted to sell my travel trailer so I went on line and filled out some information at camping world and a short time later a received and a call from there head buyer. I explained to him that I lived in Virginia and my RV was in Tennessee. He set me up an appointment with Kimberly Barksdale in Kodak Tennessee for the following Friday. I arrived in Tennessee on a Wednesday and decided to drop off my paperwork. I stopped in and asked for Kimberly and let me tell you what a true joy it was. Even though she was busy, Kimberly took time out of her schedule to explain to me everything that was going to be happening on Friday. She explained the inspection that they would do on my RV and all the paperwork that would have to be filled out. When I arrived on Friday morning I met with Kimberly and dropped off my RV. We went inside and she had all of the paperwork ready for my signature. I signed everything and she told me to give them a couple of hours to do the inspection and she would call me when it was done. I went and ate lunch and she called me and told me that they were going to buy it. I had a few things that needed fixed and she asked me if the amount was ok and if I still wanted to sell it. I said yes. It really was a easy process thanks to Kimberly. I would say that if you are looking to buy or sell a RV, swing by and talk with Kimberly Barksdale, she will help you with a smooth transaction. Chuck Coalson

  We recently purchased a brand new 2026 Forest River Wildwood from Camping World of Kodak less than two weeks ago, and it’s already been a frustrating experience. We’ve already had two issues with the camper, which is disappointing for something brand new, and now we’re being told it will cost $200 just to have a technician come out—you would think the warranty would cover that. When we bought it, we were told the warranty included a free mobile tech to assess and complete repairs, but when we called in, they said we didn’t even have a warranty, which is completely incorrect. We’ve been getting the runaround for the past two days, while Forest River is ready to complete the repair and just waiting on Camping World to move forward. On top of that, we were promised a hitch during the purchase, but after they hooked everything up, we were told the hitch we already had was “better” than the one they were going to provide. For the amount of money spent, we expected much better service and support.
