- AKAnthony KilgoreMar 26, 20261.0I ended up needing an emergency item on the shelf. I stood in front of the manager as the only customer in the store long enough for three other customers to form a line behind me . This man was unbelievably rude and even snarked back at the customers in line behind me mocking them as he let the first woman to walk into the store jump line. Walked to a different register while refusing to allow me to to pay for a jump box with cash in hand. I'm absolutely disgusted to be treated so poorly in an emergency because of the store managers pig headed ego. Sad that he is what is setting the example for employees let alone is a face of the company acting like that. 👎 I'll walk to advanced before I ever use my local autozone again.
- CJCathie JohnsonMar 11, 20265.0I have always dealt with Advanced Auto in Kodak, mainly because they have been our only close-by option. This morning out of habit my husband and I went to Advanced Auto for oil change supplies. We were greeted with empty shelves. The lady working at Advanced offered to look the parts up for us, which we already knew what we needed but the shelves barely have anything. I have been into Autozone a couple of times since they opened and this morning they have proven themselves once again! They have better stock options along with knowledgeable and helpful staff! Hopefully this doesn’t change. Keep it up!
