  Very aggravating. I have never been here before and now I know why. I pulled right in and 4 guys standing there talking about tv shows. I popped my hood and a guy came over and said I won’t be your tech but wanted to greet you. Okay have no issue with that. A guy finally comes back over and get my info and I’m watching him check all these boxes of stuff the checked and nothing was checked physically by them so that’s cool. Then he writes my ticket collects my money which I didn’t like because nothing had been done, but I let it go. Then my wife and I sit there for 17 mins before the manager I guess ( Caleb) or similar said I need someone in bay three ( which was our bay ). I want to say that there was 6 guys there working and two were on their phone and while others were talking while we sat there. I let it go because we needed an oil change as we are going out of town. But what really aggravates me is that when we finally get done. No knows how to reset my oil change light on my dash ( which I think is very funny since you change oil, but okay). I then asked ( Shawn ) I believe was his name “ hey you didn check the windshield wash right? “ yes it has been checked. I also see that is was checked off being checked, but the funny thing is that as soon as i started my car my low windshield wash light is still on? So I ask and second and third time as my wife saw NO ONE check this, but was told both times that it was filled. Well I get home and check and it’s bone dry. So now I’m going to auto one to buy some since my VERY EXPENSIVE oil change at Valvoline must have forgotten even though I asked three times. Very frustrating and aggravating. I want to speak to someone and tbh I want my money back. I could have taken it down the street to Fisher automotive which is where I should have gone, but went here because there was no wait. NEVER AGAIN!

  Got an oil change and parked the vehicle for the weekend. came back to a puddle of oil on the driveway that was caused by a poorly tightened oil filter.

  Darius was very friendly and helpful. I always come here for my oil changes, because they’re fast and there’s usually not a long wait.

  Darrius was great! He explained everything and my oil change and tire rotation was done in less than an hour!
