  Adam and the staff on the Chapman Highway location we’re fantastic. They took pride in there work were and communicated great to get my car squared away. I had to get transmission fluid on top of my oil change and they got me the best price for both of the services. I will definitely go back in the he next time I’m due for an oil change.

  I have one of those Euro spec cars that's expensive and hard to find parts for sometimes... Chapman highway location in Knoxville had exactly what I needed, your employees are professional and definitely exceeded all my expectations.   As a first time customer. What a awesome oil change/service experience. A great, friendly, and knowledgeable group of tech's at this location on Chapman Hwy. I was first greeted by the manager (Adam), Adam was also my CSR, followed by topside (Ian), and also bottomside (Elijah). While Ian and Elijah were changing my oil, completing my service, Adam went over my service goals with me, as well as pricing. This location allowed me to bring in a special Valvoline blend oil that they don't carry for my GDI engine. Big shout out to all the tech's at this location. As a first time customer I will definitely be back, and will tell my friends about my awesome 1st. time experience at this location. I also sent this positive review to Valvoline Corporate. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

  I went to Valvoline for an Oil change, because I had seen online that it came with an 18 point inspection, and I had just bought my Jeep a month ago, and didn't know much about it outside of the $500 brake job it had to have 2 weeks after purchase.. 18 point inspection sounded like a great idea, and I already knew I was due for an oil change. There was ZERO WAIT TIME, the team got started immediately on my jeep. STACY was there for all my dumb/confusing mechanical questions and navigated them quite well. I also spoke with a guy named ELIJAH, he helped with a few of my questions too. But I got my oil changed, my exterior air filter replaced(I requested), a turn signal replaced(didn't even know it was bad😥), and they installed the set of new windshield wipers I've been carrying around in my trunk for a month now!! I AM THRILLED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED AND THE PRICE I PAID. This is a great value for parents like me, who are low on time and money! Don't even have to get out of the car! 20 minutes and you're done! Shout out to STACY, ELIJAH, AND IAN on Chapman Highway! Extraordinary service, friendly, and honest. 😊 ⭐🏁
