- Llastfatalhour *2 days ago3.0This has been my go-to tire place for a few years. Their people are friendly enough and the prices are competitive. The only complaint I have is the wait time, particularly when you call. I waited on hold for 25 minutes and 14 seconds before I gave up and took my business elsewhere. Also, we had a quote and an appointment, but had to cancel temporarily. When I called back to reschedule, they hadn’t saved any info on it (why not??) and when I tried to call back with the tire info, that’s when the 25 minute wait happened.

I had a suspicion that they did not perform the alignment as they said it "didnt need one" even through the inner edges of the front tires were wearing oddly. As soon as we hit highway speed a bad vibration would occur. When we reached Tennessee I found this TD branch who worked us in the following morning. Service was friendly, helpful and most importantly found our alignment was in fact off and repaired at no cost. THANK YOU guys for working us in and fixing the issue. The car drives AMAZING now.
