  Tire Barn has consistently taken good care of me. Most recent visit was to remove a bolt (road debris) causing a slow leak in my tire tread. Warranty work, so no fee. Great work as always!

  Just purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD High Country two months ago and needed it checked out and new tires put on. Alex was welcoming and most helpful and he even had the Fallken Wildpeak A/T4 in stock. So I got my tires put on, oil change, and front brakes and rotors. He even alerted me to another issue early on, which they don't fix, but recommended a shop that would. I live in Athens, TN and would highly recommend this store to anyone bc the competitor quoted me $600 more for the same tires. Keep up the good work/customer service y'all. Thank you for a great experience.

  The customer service of the front desk clerk was the only positive. I was there to get my front tires replaced due to alignment being off ruining my first 2 of a new set. When I called to make the appointment they asked if I’d like an oil change for 49.99 it just so happened it was time for an oil change so I agreed. When I arrived they took my van back right away and it appeared they had at least one tech per bay so I figured it wouldn’t be too long but I wasn’t in a major rush I had about 3.5 hours before I need to pick up my kids from school. 2.5 hours into the service they ask me if I want an alignment because mine is way off(the literal reason I’m there) I say yes I would. So at 3 hour mark they tell me they can’t do the alignment because it’s too far out of whack I need to go to a specialist which is fine but I say I need to go I’m out of time to which the clerk replies “yes, the techs almost done she’s just starting the oil change”. I normally change my oil so I know it’s not a long process especially with how long the car has sat to this point. I’ve been the only car in the garage for the last hour and a half for context so they weren’t super busy. At the 3.75 hours into mark they tell me they’re done and that the total I owed was $125 for the oil change. In what world is an oil change $125? He said it’s full synthetic and you’re van uses 6 qts… completely laughable. I paid in advance for the tire install and they said they wouldn’t charge for the balancing they couldn’t do.

  Alex and his team were great in finding the best deal possible for our vehicle. They were easily the best deal in town. They also had it done and ready in a very short amount of time! I recommend anyone give them a chance if you’re looking for great prices and great service.
