  Rented a cab-over lift-gate truck. I worked with Ethan on pickup. He verified the truck request, ensured everything worked as it should, that the cab and box were clean, and that I fully understood operation of the truck and lift-gate. The truck fit my needs perfectly. Upon return, I worked with Mason and again it was a good experience. Both Ethan and Mason took the time to answer all of my questions and asked if there was anything that they could have done better. I found this entire transaction to be very professional and will certainly rent from them again.

  Excellent customer service and very professional. From the branch manager to everyone else on the team I interacted with, it was a great experience. Would highly recommend this site for your truck rental needs. Many thanks to the team there, especially Chad, he’s the man. Will definitely be my top choice when I need a rental in the area again.

  I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Enterprise Car Sales based on my experience. I purchased a 2024 Hyundai Kona on March 6, 2026 for $14,200. Within less than 30 days—and after only 63 miles driven—the vehicle began emitting a burning smell on April 3, 2026. Due to the holiday weekend, I brought the vehicle in on April 6, 2026, where it has remained since. Despite this issue occurring almost immediately after purchase, Enterprise refused to perform proper warranty-covered diagnostics. Specifically, they declined to conduct a hot oil pressure test, which is necessary to accurately assess engine performance, and only offered a limited diagnostic instead. I also discovered—after the vehicle was already in their possession—that it was overdue for 48,000-mile maintenance, something that was never disclosed at the time of sale. This raises serious concerns about transparency and vehicle inspection standards. I clearly communicated that this is a safety concern and that I do not feel comfortable driving the vehicle without proper verification that the engine is functioning correctly. Instead of addressing the issue thoroughly under warranty, I was placed in a position where I had to consider paying out of pocket for services that should have been covered. This experience reflects a lack of accountability and proper post-sale support. Based on how this situation has been handled, I cannot recommend Enterprise Car Sales to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

  Great place to rent a truck. Their equipment is well maintained and their operation is well run/managed. Very accommodating and willing to work with customers. Top notch customer service. I had a great experience with all the team members I dealt with but a special shout out to Branch Manager Mason Kehoe who had a team member purchase an appliance dolly so I could have it with my rental. I will definitely check here first the next time I need another truck.
