You confirm reservation and arrive and was told “we didn’t realize it was this vehicle when the reservation was made” seriously? Avoid this location if possible, they are not trained and obviously don’t check their reservations in advance.

- AAa aApr 1, 20265.0Perfection. I had a totaled vehicle and Progressive immediately got me a discount for a rental from Enterprise. Literally seconds after I confirmed with my adjuster, I got a call from a wonderful lady named Andrea. She hooked me up with a ride with John ( a bonefide gentleman and excellent company btw) from my house (30 minutes away) to pick the cheapest ride they got (2024 Mitsubishi Mirage) for a week. I was graciously allowed to return the car at the Knoxville Enterprise branch early and got a sizeable refund after THEY gave me a ride to a nearby dealership. Deer totals my car at 6am. Enterprise got me in a rental before 2pm. I clock into work that night. Car was immaculate. They even told me not to fill it up (I did ianyway lol pay it forward and all that). I was in the building maybe ten or fifteen minutes before I left with a car, didnt have to lift a finger, didn't even have to call, everyone just did everything for me and got me an excellent deal so i can keep getting money coming in after my collision. The Farragut Enterprise branch's number has officially been enshrined in my contacts list.
