  I will definitely choose Enterprise and more specifically the Summer Street location in Knoxville, Tennessee. I rented a vehicle to drive my son to prom that wasn’t on-site and they were able to pick up from another location versus just saying it wasn’t available. They were also patient enough to show me the vehicles safety features and amenities. The gentleman at pick up and drop off were extremely professional and helpful. I typically loathe the experience due to previous issues with poor customer service and terribly long wait times with other competitors. This was easy and convenient! Thanks and please extend my gratitude to the reps at that location!

  I had a great experience at the Downtown Knoxville location. The service reps were friendly, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcome. Daniel, the manager, was especially kind and helpful. He took the time to understand what I needed, offered great alternatives, and gave thoughtful suggestions for my next visit. I really appreciated his care and professionalism. I left feeling valued and will definitely be back.

  My Experience with Enterprise was Great !! They treated me like I was a King !! You don’t find that much anymore, that personal touch !! You need to try them for yourself and see that what I’m saying is TRUE !! Thanks 😊
