- TKTommy Kitchens4 days ago5.0This location saved my trip. I landed in Knoxville and the enterprise in the airport had mixed up my reservation and did not have my car. No other cars were at airport. Turo had no options. I reserved a car on the enterprise website and it let me through a different location. On the way over, they called to say they did NOT have a car. My uber driver recommended this new location that was further out. I showed up and took the last car. The manager made it happen as he went around some policies and 'rules' to get me car. I can't be more thankful.

I have gotten Carter each time I have called this Enterprise to see if they have a car. She has always went above and beyond trying to help me get a car first in Crossville. Success the first time but today unfortunately I had to come to Knoxville to get a car. First, I had to find a ride to Knoxville to get the car. I told her I would see her in a couple of hours. Imagine my surprise when she called me a couple hours later to make sure I was okay and on my way. That is great customer service. She knew I was stranded and showed concern for me. Thank you Carter! She assured me she had a car waiting for me and not to stress. She apologized for the rudeness and bad experience I had with the other Enterprise. Carter, thank you for twice helping me out! Your customer service is outstanding! I will just call you first the next time I need a car. Give that girl a raise!
