I just bought a brand new 2023 car and I took my car to be washed and it put a bunch of scratches all over the front of my car and the paint has chipped off in multiple places. It may be very minor but it’s definitely noticeable, especially on a red car. when I was in the car wash, I noticed how aggressively the brushes were going, but I did not realize the extent of the damage that they would cause to my vehicle and i will not be back.
