I lost my earbud in the vacuum the gentleman whatever her name is Jim and his name big guy with glasses he helped me get it out of there pick up the vacuums off and let me get it out I really appreciate it back thank you Kyle

Once we came out of the car wash where we purchased the basic plus wash our rims and running boards were nasty. My wife had done dried half the car and once we showed the manager he said he would rewash the car. I said no because we had done dried it. He said we could use a rag and wipe them down. Never offered a free wash or a refund. Not good customer service and not really a good car wash .

When I pull up to the automated kiosk, I don’t want to be accosted by employees here. The first time we came, the employee had no idea what she was doing on her iPad and she screwed up our order. The second time I tried to come back and give another chance, the employee was very socially awkward and told me how he hates his job. He then tried to guilt me when I told him I just wanted a basic wash. Both times I was told that if I get a basic wash, my car will not be clean. Why would a car wash sell a basic wash that won’t get your car clean? I was hoping to find a convenient way to wash my car once in a while, I considered the subscriptions but because of these negative interactions I have had with the staff members so far, I do not wish to even return here for a wash at all. Especially if they are going to try and guilt me into a more expensive wash by telling me that their basic wash will not clean things. This is ridiculous.
