That’s one of the perks of having said Membership, to skip the line in front of the folks who don’t. Very aggravating when having to wait 20 minutes for two customers in front of me to sign up for the membership I currently pay for.

I really only came on here to say they just hired a woman and this is the first woman I’ve seen working there in a hot minute and all I gotta say is HIRE MORE!!! The men are always bossy and never smile and seem like they’re there because someone forced them to be. This woman… boy does she kill it. She’s so smiley and nice and helpful when directing my car into the wash and I’m a huge fan of her. I say we boycott men and hire only women just like her.

Still bugs all over it a long with the windows still even not clean. Went back around cuz I was unsatisfied with it and instead of just letting me go through the attendant wanted to argue with me. The vacuums do not work and was a complete waste of time to even try.

Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out, and she made the whole process quick and stress-free. It’s not often you come across someone who is both helpful and genuinely kind, but Anna is exactly that. She made me feel valued as a customer, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of her outstanding service. Highly recommend asking for Anna if you visit!
