Closing your eyes and imagining driving through a car wash likely has the same effect and you can save $25. The staff is friendly, but that is all they have going for them

I receive emails from Zips and I had one that offered $10 off a premium wash with the code COLD. And associate named Logan came trotting out and wanted me to go through his tablet instead of using the kiosk even though I had already started. He wanted me to input on his tablet. I am 76 years old and not computer savvy so he took my card and even though I told him several times to input the code COLD he kept looking confused and saying he didn't know about that. After he finished swiping my card he said, oh I know, but it's too late. He then offered me a piece of paper with another Premium Wash. Too much like a bait and switch scam. I've been coming to this Zips for 3 years, but I won't be back and I will be letting my neighborhood and my friends know also!
