  Terrible experience. The parking lot was full of trash, there were no towels, no sprays, the dryer when you pull out was dripping water and not drying the cars so it is counterproductive. What I ultimately was most upset about is the fact that only 3 out of the 20+ vacuums were barely working and I had to move my car 4 times to and then wait for a vacuum spot to open. I also didn’t see any soap foam during the wash so it was just gritty wetness on the brushes that scratched my car. Also, part of my roof rack was ripped off. Which I understand is my problem and that I am liable, it is what it is… I drove back around and approached the attendant to retrieve the piece of my roof rack and then addressed the issues of all the vacuums and air compressors not working, the parking lot being full of trash and blowing about, there wasn’t a single towel in sight, no spray bottles, or even anything to purchase additionally if you wanted to spend more money to go back over the parts that the wash missed. (I should’ve taken pictures to attach.) I asked the attendant for a refund but he didn’t know what to do. He said he wasn’t able to do a refund but instead wrote down my name and number and said “someone will call” me. 6 days have now passed where I have resulted in having to call corporate (no one is answering the location’s landline) in addition to writing this lengthy review. I noticed the white board in the office had multiple essential items listed that they have been out of for weeks which to me says that the employees are not provided with the proper things needed for business to run smoothly. The employee was nice, I’m not trying to get him in trouble because of the poor management. Training for these or any other types of issues should probably be mandatory if there is only one staff member on site. This just turned out to be an all around big waste of my time, energy, and money. I do Not recommend and still would like a refund. Corporate Customer service however was helpful.

  Tried this place out today, I normally hand wash my vehicles, but I’ll go through an automated wash on occasion when in a rental vehicle. This is by far the worst I’ve seen. Everything was worn out, dirty, several inoperable vacuum hoses & even a few on the ground. The ‘clean’ towels provided were all filthy and filled with hair and leaves. This seems like a good location to have and it’s a shame it’s run down like this.
