The following day I went to the car wash to remove dog hair, the smell everything about it. It was extremely emotional. As I pulled up, I met The employee, Daniel was offering to sell me a package. I truly wasn't in the mood and I told him my dog had just passed away and I just want to get the car washed. He was extremely kind and Polite. He expressed his feelings of remorse for my dog. He then proceeded to give me a card and an air freshener for inside the vehicle. It was something little, but it meant at the time so much. I am a long time zip's car wash from here on out.
- JMjim MacMillanJan 24, 20261.0destroyed my vans roof paint on near mint 2007 van totaly scratched entire roofs paint and tire shine dosnt worm nor does wheel brite. i will be taking action for my damaged paint job shortly unless manager/ owner reaches out. Jim. look at my near mint paint they caused massive scratches on my entire roof !!!!
