I feel like my engine and car parts were thoroughly checked, and now I don't have to worry that my car needs work that I don't know about! I knew my tires needed rotating -- so they did that, too! In fact, the experience was inspiring! I left Valvoline and went to get a car wash! But best of all, I was able to mark off "get oil change" on my desk calendar -- which was a great relief. Shout out to the young men who work at this Valvoline. They created such a pleasant atmosphere. And as I said, fast, efficient, friendly service.

While I didn't have personal interaction with the two gentlemen who performed the actual work the man that I did speak with proved to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate it when a business in the service industry doesn't try to take advantage of an older woman. So, basically this is a shout out to those employees as well as your company's decision not to incentivize the sale of extras like filters, wipers, etc. Please know that in the future I will seek out one of your facilities over the competition based on this experience.
