- MSMichael SalibaJan 2, 20265.0These guys did an excellent job. Especially the manager super personable. I have a very unique car. It’s a diesel Range Rover 2016. Upon arrival I informed the manager that they probably would not be able to do such a unique oil change however he informed me that he thought that they had the part in stock because they had ordered extra for another local customer, but if he didn’t, he was willing to walk next-door to advanced auto parts and get me another one in a world where everyone is trying to pass the buck and not complete the job. This one statement led me to make this review. Great customer service great attitudes will definitely be coming back and telling more people about this place.
- KGK GDec 30, 20251.0Wish I could give 0 stars. Battery tester was not working and “he didn’t know why.” The store was completely out of windshield washer fluid. On the report it said they reset the oil service indicator light and they did not. I googled how to do it once I got home. Service costs $120 here and $85 at our typical oil change place. Also have an “extra oil charge” of $8 which I have never seem before. Avoid this location.

Took it into my usual mechanic for the next oil change and they told me the Valvoline guys didnt screw my oil cap on properly and I've been leaking oil this whole time. Incredibly dark oil. Won't be back again.
