The person at the counter explained they can get the tire, but it would not arrive until 10:30AM to 11AM. I explained I just started a new job and anything they can do to speed up the delivery would be much appreciated. I also said the SUV has air suspension and I can help the tech disable the air ride. The front counter person had me go to the SUV and disable the air suspension before it went on the lift. The vehicle was ready by 9:30AM. Highly recommend! They go above and beyond. You just don't find that anymore!
