Will not be returning. I brought my car in for an alignment, tire rotation, and I told them my tire pressure needed to be checked because the light was on. Car was returned to me, light was still on so I drove down the road several miles and the pressure light didn’t go off, so I had to go back and they told me they did check the tire pressure. However when they checked it in front of me, one back tire was very low so they obviously did not do the tire pressure during the tire service. Today I sent my daughter to have her tires rotated. She had an appointment. She sat there for over 3 hours until close waiting for what the guy said only takes 15 minutes to do. 3+ hours of her day wasted because they couldn’t be bothered to tell her that they were short staffed and could not do her rotation at her appt time. She could have left and come back later. Today was her day off and she spent most of the afternoon waiting there while her car sat in the parking lot. Unbelievable and it seems from other reviews this is common practice. We will not be returning and buying our next tires somewhere else. You lost two customers today.

I had brake work done on my Silverado. They did excellent work at a fair price. Tyson and Thomas were the individuals I dealt with, both awesome!.

I have given this place too many chances because of how close it is to where I live. Between my wife (who also left a 1 star review some time ago) and I, we have nothing but bad experiences at this place ever since Dave Glovak left. When Dave was there, never a single negative thing about brining our automobiles there. The second he left (which is several years ago now), this place has gone WAY down hill. We will definitely not be purchasing our tires at this place ever again. In fact, we’re going to start paying to get our tires rotated elsewhere, instead of taking advantage of the free service they offer at this place for buying your tires there. I use the term “service” loosely, as there often is no service! Like today, for example, where I once again was told they can’t get to me after I had an appointment and had already waited there for over an hour! “Bring it in first thing tomorrow, and we’ll get you taken care of” is what I was told. LOL people have jobs guys. And what is the point in scheduling a service, way in advance, if you’re just not going to be able to get to it? This is seriously like the 5th or 6th time this has happened to us in the last 2-3 years. In fact, I’m 99% sure we have some kind of issue like this every single time we’ve been there. Don’t bother scheduling an appointment here! Your only hope is to drop it off in the morning and hope they get to you in the next 48 hours. Good luck! Looking forward to seeing your AI-generated response!

They are consistent in being horrible in all categories. Have an appointment? That's cool. Doesn't matter even a little bit. Literally, every time I try to get an oil change it's some excuse that shouldn't affect me, followed with "at least 3 hours" then why make the appointment man?? I'm done with their horrible attitude towards me like I personally have ruined the company by trying to buy services. I gave this place a few chances and I should have learned after the first bad experience. To start, they left my brake reservoir cap off. Literally could've killed me but they said I must have done it. Good thing my battery died that week good God. I blame myself I guess but be warned if you go here. All of the locations carry the same, consistent, horrible experience you get to pay for. Maybe the work will be ok, maybe it won't be done at all. Who knows!

Chris today helped me over the phone this morning, talked me down from almost having a panic attack & got me all the information I needed in a calm quick manner!! He was a breath of fresh air considering the situation that I was dealing with. 10/10 customer service, and I was super impressed 👏

Frequently Asked Questions About Tire Discounters

How do I know if I need an alignment?

The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.

How do I get a free alignment?

At Tire Discounters, when you purchase any 4 tires with installation, you get a FREE alignment. A 4 wheel alignment is valued at $129.99, and comes with a 12 month warranty.
