Don't bother going here if you're hoping for professionalism, quality, or timely work. Made an appointment online early in the week for Saturday at 9:30. Arrived a little late around 9:40 due to traffic/ weather and apologized for the delay. The counter attendant told me he hated the online scheduling system because "it isn't worth anything" and he wasn't sure that the tires i requested would be in stock. After he found them he asked if I would be waiting (i had marked that i would be waiting when I made the appointment). An hour later my car was still sitting in the parking lot untouched. I had my wife come and get me. 3ish hours after the appointment time the tech called to tell me about my brakes which I'd requested they look at. I didn't have them do the brakes because of the amount of time they'd already spent but he said they still needed to do the alignment and I'd be done. I came back to the store about 30-40 minutes later and assumed my car was done since it was back in the parking lot. I was then informed that the alignment still hadn't been completed but "you're next in line". About an hour later my car was finally done. I was given a coupon for a free oil change but I doubt I'll go get that done with them since it took over 5 hours with an appointment. The rep told me to call for an appointment for the oil change and that they'd need a 2 to 3 day heads up. For an oil change. They didn't put my original stem caps back on, instead they handed them to me at checkout to replace myself, and my wheels have marks on them that weren't there before I left it. Driving home, my car now pulls to the left after the free alignment that's built into the cost of the 4 tires (the same tires I paid $146 each for are $30-$40 cheaper at other places). What's the point of having appointments if you don't actually manage your time with your booked appointments in mind? Overall, if you want someone to replace your tires in a timely, professional manner, try anywhere else.

Appointments!? Why bother when you can walk in and get service before someone that has been waiting over an hour. Scheduled an appointment online for 10:30 am, the next day I get notified to call the location. Upon calling, the guy kept trying to get me to change my appointment time. I asked if the 10:30 wasn't available. He stated it was, I asked why couldn't I bring my car then at the time I selected. He said I could, but they do take walk-ins. I asked why that mattered if I had an appointment scheduled for service? The guy replied with, "appointments get preference, but they over book us sometimes". If the appointment time is available that i selected why am I waiting over an hour for a tire rotation and oil change? Just to have them pull a car in that arrived an hour after I did? The only reason I can see for having my time wasted by the associates of this shop. I upset the guy by not changing my appointment time but also, they lack any drive to complete a job with efficiency, they have no desire for return customer business, apparently this crew thrives on being lazy! After the phone conversation & the complete disrespect of my time, I will not return. which i feel was the objective of the guy trying to change my appointment, and taking the customers car back who arrived an hour after me, all while mine still sat there. I requested my keys and left. The excuse that "our technicians are different, some do tires, others do...." if your ASE certified technicians cant complete a balance and rotate + oil change in an hour.. they should be fired. Looking back at the reviews for this location, I can see that leadership has failed to correct issues and work ethic/accountability is an out of reach business practice for this place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

This location has always been a problem with time management. This time I called two weeks ahead for an appointment so I could be first for tire rotation and alignment. I got there at 8 o'clock, they started on my car 15 minutes later . I was surprised at 9 o'clock they said it was ready . I asked for a copy of the alignment and after a few minutes they came back and said they didn't do it . After about 10 minutes I asked when they were going to start, and they said both racks are full now . After I started to get really pissed they said they would pull the other car and put mine on . So I spent 2 1/2 hours there , much longer than necessary if they were on top of things.

Don't come to this location unless you like having your time wasted. A customer with an appointment should never have to wait 4.5 hours for two tires and an alignment and receive zero communication throughout the process. It took them nearly 3 hours to even get the car on the lift. With that in mind, what's the purpose of an appointment then?

Terrible time management, scheduled an appointment a week in advance for oil change and still waiting for it almost 2hrs later.but they did cover the difference on my oil.

Frequently Asked Questions About Tire Discounters

How do I know if I need an alignment?

The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.

How do I get a free alignment?

At Tire Discounters, when you purchase any 4 tires with installation, you get a FREE alignment. A 4 wheel alignment is valued at $129.99, and comes with a 12 month warranty.
