My trucks wheel fell off driving down the road. I had it towed to them because they have been the only place that had touched my truck in the past 5 years and I had recently had them rotate tires. Initially, they tried to tell me that the wheel was fine to drive on after they put it back on (it was not functionally or cosmetically). I only asked them to replace the wheel since it was obviously a torque issue causing the nuts to shear and thankfully no one was hurt. That is when John tried to tell me that it wasn’t their fault. We had a discussion about what had obviously happened and within the same conversation he revealed that *actually* the guy that had torqued the truck during the rotation was fired that morning and the were going to have a meeting to go over it and he had been in touch with ownership. So if it wasn’t their fault, why did someone get fired and then have to re teach how to torque wheels? They replaced the wheel, but I will NEVER trust them again with anything, especially a vehicle I drive my family in.

Horrible. 2 hour job took over 4 hours. I went for 2 tires and an alignment. Salesperson was eavesdropping on my phone call and overheard me mention a valve cover gasket. (1000 dollars later) I came out, and my car wouldn't start. Total ripoff. Car still pulls to the right after alignment!!!!

This Farragut location of Tire Discounters is phenomenal. John and the crew he has are always honest and reliable and do not push product or service on you. John's sarcasm is one of the reasons I keep coming back; meaning he understands that good customer service is relational, and he and his team understand that. Top notch spot!

I had an excellent experience at Tire Discounters. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. The service was fast, fairly priced, and done right the first time. They were honest about what I needed versus what I didn’t, which I really appreciated. My car drives great, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future tire and service needs. Highly recommend this location!
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
