  Dustin and the other shop associates were very accommodating. They were able to "squeeze me in" for spark plugs, oil, and tire rotation on a walk in. They had great communication throughout the process. I could tell the crew values staying ahead on work and not putting work for the next day. They have my business

  Dustin and the guys are top notch. I’ve had to get quite a bit of work done there lately including a full set of tires and a cracked wheel. They’ve been great! Totally recommend

  Cant even honor a simple free oil change that waa offered during the promotion of tire change. We bought tired here 3 times this is the last time

  Tre was amazing. I had a screw stuck in my tire and barely made it into Tire Discounters. Not only was he able to fit me in right away, he had me up and going in no time. They were highly recommend from someone who told me they were great. I am going back to get an oil change.

  A week ago I took my vehicle to pep boys they told me I needed my front axles done but also that all 4 of my wheels were bent this process took them a lil over 3 hours yet I saw no damage personally and was not even spoken to but twice when I handed over my keys and time of payment, I called Tre the GM at your location yesterday immediately he started asking questions, most didn’t know the answer to but he was patient and very informative and in the end he invited me to bring my vehicle for inspection I couldn’t make it same day as busy schedule have it but we agreed on today …..fast forward to today some how I got turned around and ended up at Tirebarn “ 😡😡😡😡the customer service -5 stars not customer friendly, very rude, and didn’t care about their lack of realizing my mistake I called the correct store spoke to Tre gave him nothing but my name told him what happened and I was on my way upon arrival I walked thru the door I was greeted by Tre with a smile , he knew who I was , used my name and remembered what I needed done already frustrated by the two previous repair shops I was at my wits end and honestly had just had it however Tre’s smile his presence of mind and professional demeanor was the highlight of my day I appreciate Discount Tires and will be highly recommending you all to everyone I know thank you so much for being the true example of going above and beyond Tre big shout to Discount Tires y’all the truth not only was the service great but the problem was resolved and left me with a feeling of appreciation and being appreciated see you all next time⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
