Julian was great and truly worked with me! Tre is a liar & I overall do not recommend this location. My church purchased tires for me when I lost my job as I drive hundreds of miles a week for my children’s therapies. They wore out in 15k miles and my car hasn’t driven right since these tires were installed. 1 actually blew out and left me stranded on the interstate. Tried saying I said the issue existed before the tires were installed which isn’t correct. Originally said he would use the warranty since they were guaranteed 60k miles. I ended up having to purchase another tire. Was given a “customer satisfaction” discount and that was “all they could do.”

Bought 4 tires and was supposed to get a free oil change and alignment. Waited 5 hours to have them installed. Told me they did the oil change, 2 days later oil change light came on so I check the fluid to find out that it’s black. Didn’t do my alignment correctly as my steering wheel was crooked and pulling which wasn’t ever the case until I came here. Scheduled to have it fixed, come in for my appointment just to be told that they couldn’t fit me in. Why not? I had an appointment? They were apparently too busy for the whole day and wanted me to reschedule…again. I don’t know who their manager is but he should be ashamed of the crew he has. I’ve been coming here for 5 years now on all my vehicles I’ve owned. They lost a loyal customer today and I will not be recommending them to anyone in the near future.

Trey got me in close to the end of the day and made sure my truck was ready for a 2 day road trip! He even showed me how to access other vehicle information screens!! Thank you for everything!

It cost me nearly 2 thousand dollars and 2 days for a simple brake job. This place is a joke, they do not stand behind their work, techs are rude and incompetent; I wasted a great deal of time and money and I deeply regret using this shop. If you value your vehicle do not take it here. I came in for a brake job: pads and rotors. The technicians did not inform me that my calipers needed changing and then the next day the calipers seized which completely ruined the work I had done, my truck was un drivable. When I came in the next day to tell them what happened and have it repaired the technician told me it wasn’t their fault and I was lucky that they were willing to replace the ruined rotors and pads, I would have to pay for the caliper service. After arguing for a few minutes the tech offered to waive the install fee but insisted I would have to pay for the calipers, he said I could pay them to fix it or have my vehicle towed somewhere else. This expensive and wasteful issue was clearly caused by the techs bad judgment and the management’s careless attitude. I will definitely never return.

I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience at Tire Discounters Store #118 has been extremely frustrating, unsafe, and disappointing. Initial Brake Job: They performed a brake job on my Toyota Sequoia. Within 24 hours, the right front brake failed due to improper installation, locking up the tire while driving. The manager, Trey, admitted the work was done incorrectly and assured me it was fixed. Second Visit: A couple months later, I returned for new tires. Immediately after leaving, I heard a metallic clicking noise. Trey rode with me but dismissed it as “tire ride height” and told me not to worry. Brake Failure on Vacation: While traveling out of state with my family, the brakes failed completely in my condo parking lot. A local shop found a missing or improperly torqued bolt on the front caliper that backed out, severed a brake line, and caused total brake fluid loss. They made it clear how lucky we were that this didn’t happen while driving through the mountains. Refund Runaround: Trey promised a refund within 3–7 days. Weeks went by with excuse after excuse—he delayed submitting it, missed a corporate email asking for clarification before a refund could be issued, and kept stringing me along. As of September 23 (almost two months later), I still have not received a refund. Most Recent Issue (Sep 23): The front left brake is once again grinding and causing the pedal to pop. When I tried to drop the car off after hours, Trey was performing inventory and refused service altogether—telling me he wouldn’t touch the car because of my previous complaint and because another mechanic had worked on it when I had no other option while on vacation. He sent me on my way with another faulty brake and unsafe vehicle. After years of being a loyal customer at this store; this store has repeatedly put my family’s safety at risk, wasted my time, and has failed to take accountability. At this point, I just want my refund and appropriate compensation and will never return. I have already emailed the Tire Discouters Corporate office on the inital issues and sent a follow up this evening on the refusal of service.

Frequently Asked Questions About Tire Discounters

How do I know if I need an alignment?

The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.

How do I get a free alignment?

At Tire Discounters, when you purchase any 4 tires with installation, you get a FREE alignment. A 4 wheel alignment is valued at $129.99, and comes with a 12 month warranty.
