Came to get an oil change and tire rotation as they were starting to wear uneven. Oil was changed and they never rotated my tires because they felt they were fine to their standards after I specifically asked for that when I dropped it off.

Don't go. Cracked rims and stripped hubs holes on BMW. Told them I remember guy that did the work, then manager replies we fired him cause he was terrible. But they refused to fix issues. Stick with Pep Boys or Service Street for quality work.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
