- TMTim MooreAug 29, 20251.0I brought my jeep wrangler in when I bought it because I wanted to improve the sound. If you have a jeep wrangler JL, you know the sound is pretty horrible stock. So, I had dealt with Ray from previous projects and they did a pretty good job. So, I pretty much went in and told him I wanted to invest $5,000 and went with their recommendations. They had promised me JL and 6.5 speakers in my sound bar and front dash. When I picked it up, they had used a MMatts amp and subs but was told that these are comparable to JL audio and I trusted them. Now the amp is pretty dang good and the subs are decent but they flat out lied to me and what I had in my dash as far as speakers, size. I honestly feel like they truly stole from me and when asked they continued to lie and cover up. Took my Jeep to American Radio and have been dealing with Curtis and it’s been eye opening how much they took advantage. To call a business thieves is pretty harsh but that’s the only way you can call this. Beware! They will lie to you and before you take your car there, read BBB reviews and at least get everything in writing. Sucks they took advantage but it is what it is. Lesson learned on my part. Just beware
