Thieves broke into a number of trucks looking for valuables in the consoles by smashing the rear passenger side windows. While on vacation I got a call from the hotel manager informing me of the vandalism. I called my insurance company who switched me to the local Safelite, who was receptive to trying to fix the window before we got back so we wouldn't have to drive home three hours with a broken window. I was able to unlock and start the truck with my Ford app, but unfortunately Ford in their wisdom decided it shouldn't be possible to roll the windows up and down, so the tech couldn't complete the repair. He did, however, clean up most of the glass. Once we got home the new local Safelite office quickly came out to complete the repair in a very professional manner.
