  Had an appt and showed up bright and early to have my Merecedes windshield replaced. Was told 10 mims after arriving that the part they ordered was mislabeled and was in fact a range rover windshield. Was told oops sorry come back next week, like its no big deal. So essentially they get parts delivered and just check the manifest or shipping label without checking the actual product. They had the part for God knows how long and just discovered right then and there that the part was the wrong one. No attempt to make ot right, just a "sorry" and thats it. If I go to restaurant and drop $1500 (the exact cost of my windshield replacement) and I order a steak and they bring out chicken the manager takes something off the bill to make it right simce it was theor mistake for not checking what they were serving. Not at this Safelite, its just "Oh well, our bad". Go somewhere else!

  Wouldn’t let me give zero stars unfortunately. I took off work for the tech to come replace my windshield, and then they call and say they need to reschedule it right when he was supposed to show up. Very unprofessional. I will not be using their services, and recommend anyone to look at other options.

  Very professional,Got out on time as they said I would and used the lobby for work with great WiFi connections. Great repair job and I even had a tinted window and looks amazing. Adding a photo and the trees in background so highlights it to see . It hard otherwise to visualize it. Great job and it was as large as a quarter and looked terrible before this repair.

  Charles was great throughout the whole service. He called in advance to explain the process. Even though we had to reschedule to get my repair completed, everything went according to plan. Highly recommend this location and Charles. Thanks!

  It took four separate appointments and trips to get the windshield fixed. On the final appointment the staff attempted to tell us we were late and would need to reschedule. The manager was ultimately shown the email and text that verified we were in fact on time for the appointment. The work was adequate, however it should have been handled with one appointment and one trip to their facilities rather than four spread out over a month.
