- JNJoshua NicholsonDec 10, 20251.0Disgusting behavior from the GM there. Pilot says you can overnight park but stay there more than 3 days and they say and I quote "we dont want your kind here". He should either be fired or transferred. If pilot says they're for their customer then how do you allow such a disgusting person run it. When asked for clarification on the matter the GM said that Homeless people are trash (we aren't homeless). He also said that Pilot doesnt make the rules he does and that he'd happily call the cops on anyone sleeping in their vehicle. Will never be going back there and I encourage everyone to avoid there because if youre not up to this egotistical GMs standards he thinks youre trash. Most employees are very nice and respectful but it seems the rot is at the top.

Tried to leave a message two of those times and as soon as the recording starts it hangs up on you so you can't even leave a message. Call the Denny's at that location and was told I'm not the first person who's called them to see if the employees at Pilot are alive and walking around the business or not. Sad way to run a business!!!

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the counter. The restrooms were clean and stocked — which is a huge plus when you’re on the road for long hours. The store has a good selection of snacks, drinks, and hot food options, and the coffee was fresh. Diesel pumps were fast, parking was easy, and everything felt safe. I’ll definitely be stopping here again on my next trip.👍
