  We’ve never used Penske before. I dealt with Blake McClellan, and he walked me through the entire process. His customer service skills were impeccable, thorough, and I’ll definitely use Penske again and recommend them highly. It became quickly obvious that Blake had a rare passion for his job and customer service excellence. The cost compared to others was not only competitive but actually beat many we considered. Having 40 years of executive-level management expertise, I would have hired and promoted this young man to coach and lead my team of 900 associates and a budget of $45M, any day of the week.

  Penske on Heiskell Rd, Knoxville TN will be the only place I use for truck rentals going forward. Blake and Ben go above and beyond everyday customer service. They listen to me, were very flexible and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. I can’t thank these guys enough. Go Penske, they really do treat you like family. Blake and Ben-Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You got a customer for life and walking recommendation whenever someone needs a rental. -Jonathan and my dog, Buddy

  These people are liars and thieves. I rented a truck for a trade show in Ohio and on the way back in Cincinnati had a tire blow out and they tried to charge me $675 for repairs and when I refused to pay sent the bill to collection. This - with full mandatory insurance on the truck. They said the tire blowout was MY FAULT - are you FREAKING KIDDING ME? I am damn lucky going 65 MPH on I-71 that this thing didn't flip over in the middle of the interstate. Ever have a tire blowout on a truck at highway speed with cargo in the back? Yeah, scary to say the least. And then to pin blame on me and try to make US pay for it is absolute ROBBERY. Stay far, far away - these people will steal you blind, they are crooks. STAY AWAY.

  This rental started badly but ended wonderfully! I couldn't pick up my truck at Home Depot but two employees at the Heiskel Road location contacted us. They gave us a great truck and took care of all our issues quickly and effectively. Blake and Rasheed took great care of us and we couldn't be happier ( unless someone else had unloaded the truck for us). We recommend this location.
