They checked it to humor her, clear and full, then went ahead and balanced her tires. They said her battery sounded weak, tested it, then gave us some info to charge it. In all, nice guys, thankful for the help.

I have seen them with customers that needed more jobs and they seem reasonable and not pushy letting them know they can prioritize the work on basis of what is most important. As a side note look for a coupon code. There is usually one online, and it will save a good bit for the full synthetic change.
