- JHJason Harper5 days ago5.0Had a situation where the previous people who put on my tires WAY over-torqued the lug bolts, to the point where I couldn't get them off. I had to replace one of the tires, which is how I discovered the problem. I took my car here, and they had to literally drill out 2 of the bolts. They were very communicative, letting me know each step of the way the situation, the potential for damaging the rotor, etc. However, they were able to drill it out successfully without damaging anything else! Very thankful for their careful work and clear communication.
