Arrive a couple minutes early, about an hour and a half before work since I wasn't expecting a tire change to take too long. Ended up being stuck there for well over an hour and a half and clocked into work 30 minutes late. I figured that the appointment would remove the wait time, as that's what appointments are supposed to do. The people were very nice but the service time was absolutely obscene. My car was the only one in the garage when I arrived as well, so it wasn't like they were swamped. If I'm going to be paying $200 for the replacement of one tire (once again, JUST the tire, not the rim) then I would at least hope for quick service times.
