Friendly techs who treated me like a long time favorite client. Gus showed me that I had a reusable air filter, how to clean it and put it back on. I had a backup light out that they let me know about and then I had to ask if they could replace it. No upsell! Overall the best oil change experience I've ever had and I have a strong feeling I can trust their recommendations if I ever need more serious work done which is really reassuring for a senior who doesn't know much about cars. PLUS it was evidently ladies day for$5 off AND I got $5 off for first visit so saved $10! Thank you, Bryant and Gus, for treating my ancient ASTRO like the treasure she is!
