  Great experience using Enterprise truck rental. We needed to haul a motorcycle 8 hours away with both of our kids in tow (pun intended), so we needed something that would fit 2 carseats, our luggage, AND me in the back seat so I could tend to our baby on the long trip. The truck was HUGE, super clean, and SO comfortable. I think we’re spoiled now and will need to rent this truck for every family road trip!

  Called and used the “to make a reservation” on the phone. DON’T! ALWAYS contact the local store and talk to THAT location. Whole reservation was mixed up because I thought I could pickup locally (Crossville) when I needed to go to Knoxville. Called the actual store and got it situated. The guys there were very nice and helpful. Got several calls and emails from them making sure everything was great before, during and after. It all was very good. Wished I didn’t have to pay per mile. When driving a long distance and back, it adds up. You don’t with the normal enterprise, but you do have to with the truck. The GM was very nice and did help with the cost per mile. Truck was very clean inside & drove beautifully! Thanks guys!

  Eathan was great very polite young man took care of all my needs we had some issues with my insurance company but I think we finally took care of it I would definitely call Ethan again! And Chad was great too he he gave me a ride back to the collision center where my truck was being fixed he drove safe and we had some good conversation thanks again guys
