  A mechanic wrecked my truck and Brooke and Lizzy were extremely helpful and so nice. I would recommend them to anyone. High level customer service with a smile on their face. A+ employees

  Enjoyable and easy experience renting from here while my truck was in the body shop for repairs. The truck I rented was basic, but nice. The staff was the best part though. So sweet and accommodating.

  DO NOT BOTHER USING THIS ENTERPRISE!!! They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. I have been using enterprise for 8+ years. NEVER have I been more upset with one of their facilities. It definitely shows how they "care about their customers " as you have 2 customers standing outside of your rental building wondering why they were both told by the employees & Customer service number that there is no worry, the employee will be there for pickup. Interesting.... you care so much that not only 1 of your customers is stranded there, but 2 of your customers in the same day have had this HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with ENTERPRISE!!!! The manager of this location needs to be let go, as well as all of the employees who are more than comfortable LYING to their customers!!!! Literally I was lied to by 2 employees telling me not to worry they will be there. But wait it gets better! How many people love to have an establishment belittle them AFTER they just lied to them and left them stranded in front of an enterprise 4 states away from home???? I would think not many people would like to hear from the company how it was the customers fault (as it was clearly expressed by 2 customer service agents: this is MY OWN FAULT) Customer service ACTUALLY had the nerve to treat me like I am an idiot, telling me well it says that they close at 12pm!!!! Well duh! Thank you i can read!!!!! Thank you ENTERPRISE for treating like an idiot AFTER YOUR PEOPLE FAILED!!!!!! Your employees LIED, reassured me they will be there at 12:10pm! Than to hear it was MY FAULT as if I didn't call and speak to 2 different employees in the same day to tell them I am running 10 minutes late, WOW! ENTERPRISE: Great way to loose customers!!! There are plenty of other rental companies, believe me I WILL NEVER use another enterprise again in my lifetime. Enterprise: Take responsibility for your employees actions!!!! DO NOT BELITTLE, DISRESPECT, OR BLAME YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES LIES AND PROMISES!!!! TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR OWN ACTIONS! Blaming the loyal enterprise customers is not going to get you anywhere.

  Absolutely hands down great customer service! Hanna was professional, polite and even walked me to my rental car. Definitely be a return customer. Thank you Hanna for all your help and kindness
