Recently I needed a rental car for a vacation and to try to save money decided to reserve a car through Budget instead. I thought "how much can car renting vary from company to company?" The answer is ALOT. Horrible idea. That reservation ended up not panning out (I'll save that story for the review of Budget). I was supposed to be on the road by noon, it was almost 10am. I called enterprise customer service and they were able to get a car reserved for a 10am pick up. I was in and out and back home with an enterprise rental by 10:25. I will never try to cheapskate renting a car again. Enterprise has my rental business for life, and as long as I live in Knoxville this specific location will be my preferred spot. The staff is always friendly and efficient.
