Since it was Saturday, Enterprise didn't open until 9am(maybe not a coincidence) the car rental was picked up the day before @ 8:30am. Therefore, I couldn't return the rental onetime due Enterprise not being open. I can only imagine if I had used the overnight key deposit how late the rental would have been. Fortunately, I wasn't responsible for cost since it was insurance driven, however, this serves as an example of how costs are passed on and how things get more expensive.

There are 2 different Hannah's who works at this location, I am speaking for the one who is not the assistant manager. This young lady went above and beyond to make sure, I got a comfortable smooth riding vehicle. The first one I drove, really aggravated my hip, as I am having a hip replacement surgery soon. When I came back to swap out the vehicle, she done some awesome computer work, to ensure the return of not only my deposit, but all of the money I paid is out of pocket for. Thank you so much Hannah for your professionalism, friendly attitude and making everything a pleasant experience. This is at the Farragut Tennessee location.
