The staff at this enterprise location were great to work with! There was a crack in the front bumper of the vehicle that I rented. It's always a stressful experience to get a damaged rental vehicle because I am worried that I might get blamed for it. But that the staff member noticed it and pointed it out means that I will definitely be coming back to this location. These are good people.

My rental experience started as a nightmare. I drove from my home agency in Farragut Tn to naples FL
I woke in the morning to find a crack in my windshield...no stone hit it. I called corporate customer service after hours on a Sunday to report it. I spoke with some overseas agent who spoke no known language. He said don't worry. There will be no charge and offered 500 points for the inconvenience. He promised confirmation would follow. It did not. I called again
No record of the call. I drove to 3 rental offices in Naples and was finally told I had to file a claim with my insurance. I did. But lost a day and a half chasing my tail.
My home rental in Farragut Tn finally helped.
Andrea Kilgore and Carter in my home agency in Farragut Tn were true angels. They fixed the problem remotely and even offered a discount on my next rental in March. They are fantastic and should be a model for how you should run a business. God bless them. I am now a lifelong customer.

I was charged an additional day, even though the rental was brought back within a day. Since it was Saturday, Enterprise didn't open until 9am(maybe not a coincidence) the car rental was picked up the day before @ 8:30am. Therefore, I couldn't return the rental onetime due Enterprise not being open. I can only imagine if I had used the overnight key deposit how late the rental would have been. Fortunately, I wasn't responsible for cost since it was insurance driven, however, this serves as an example of how costs are passed on and how things get more expensive.
