- NINoor Ibrahim6 days ago1.0I rented a vehicle from this Knoxville location (Agreement 1S8PNW). The car experienced a complete mechanical failure in traffic in Nashville and became fully immobile. Law enforcement had to order a tow due to safety concerns. Roadside assistance provided conflicting instructions during the incident. I was required to Uber to the Nashville Airport location to obtain a replacement vehicle, incurring out-of-pocket expenses. My personal belongings remained inside the vehicle when it was towed. I was informed this matter was escalated to regional management with a 7–10 business day response timeframe. It has now been significantly longer with no follow-up or resolution. I am simply requesting written confirmation of towing liability and reimbursement for transportation expenses. I hope management addresses this promptly.

We needed a car due to our own Auto being in the body shop for a couple weeks and everything about the experience was top drawer with enterprise. When I traveled a lot for work, I usually chose enterprise and for high school band trips we rented their large trucks. They even come pick you up so there’s no reason to use anyone else in my mind. Except for cost in they’re competitive anyway
