I have not had a rental car that clean in years since I lived in Chattanooga in 2019. The car also smelled really good like I wish I had that scent for my self. We live at the same address, have the same last name, and the same insurance policy. We did not receive any rental agreement, and went on. When we returned, we were charged the additional driver fee. We called customer service and they said they would call us back to refund the fee. We still have not heard from them.
