  I highly recommend looking for your next car at Clayton Volvo. I had never owned a Volvo before and needed a lot of assistance finding suitable options, and Bill spent lots of time helping me find fantastic cars at great prices that I had never previously thought I could find in my price range. Bill was one of the best car sales associates I have ever had an experience with- very informed, can identify customer's needs, and not pushy. Made me want to purchase a car from him. I felt that as a customer I was very important from the time I walked onto the lot. I couldn't recommend a better dealership to do business with. I cannot imagine you being disappointed.

  My experience with this dealership has been the absolute worst of my life. We've had problems out of our BRAND NEW Volvo since we rolled off the lot after the initial purchase, and we are continuously treated like we're stupid when we present these issues to the dealership. Our XC60 has been in the shop five times in less than two years for alignment issues, and has chewed through three sets of expensive tires. Clayton Volvo blames these issues on the tires, but isn't it funny that the tires wear unevenly, and in the same spots, each time? And isn't it strange that the vehicle goes out of alignment within days of leaving the shop WITH NEW TIRES each and every time? Yet this somehow has NOTHING to do with the vehicle; it's the tires, they say. And since the tires wear so unevenly, and (according to Clayton Volvo) the only way to avoid sinking a grand in new tires over and over again is to buy the same tires at a prorated price, we're forced to take Clayton Volvo at their word and use the same type of tire, which prevents us from testing the dealership's theory. I fully expect that once our warranty expires, a legitimate problem that coincidentally leads to alignment issues will present itself, and we'll be stuck with the bill. I'm truly disgusted with these people.

  We had a great experience working with Bill. He was very thorough and continued to follow up on any of our needs even after we bought our used car. I would recommend him and Clayton to anyone.
