  I have been a loyal customer of Clayton Volvo for years. Beginning in 2020, Michelle Love helped me tremendously with the purchase of my first ever Volvo, the XC 40, perhaps the best car I have ever owned. Her expertise was amazing and fast forward to 2026, I now own an EX 30…huge shout out to Phillip Bizak…the sales rep who not only found this (unique and elusive) vehicle for me, but helped me in so many ways with his attention to my many text messages and phone calls. The transition from gas to electric has been daunting, but I know will be well worth it. This dealership is like family. The service department is amazing, and everyone is so kind and generous.

  Scheduled 60,000 mile service. Website check in clearly states that spark plugs, air filter, and headlight alignment are included. See screenshots. Was told by Layla that "my website guy screwed up and we don't do spark plugs until 75,000". $400 service only included oil change and safety check. Not real sure what that even means. Pretty ridiculous to sign up for a service and be gas lighted and told that's not what they offer. Avoid Clayton like the plague. Terrible service all around. If you can't pay enough attention to details to manage a website, I certainly don't trust you with my vehicle. Additionally, I arrived for 1230 appointment. "Closed for lunch 1130-1230" ". Standing here 1240 with lights off and no one around. Garbage service at Clayton Volvo. Avoid.

  Phillip helped me find the perfect car… had everything I walked in looking for, right around my budget and much newer than I thought I’d get. Very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend him and Clayton Volvo.

  I purchased a used car from this dealership earlier this year. I was extremely skeptical at first to do any business with this place, so the first thing I did was email to request a full carfax report on the car. Michelle gave me that with no issue. She was friendly, efficient and easy to talk to. I was even more skeptical because of that, but it turned out to be ok. I tested the car thoroughly, looked over every nook and cranny, test drove twice. Michelle was patient and happy to oblige my requests. When I told her I wanted to purchase, she was very easygoing. A man came in during negotiation and honestly, he was very fair. I was shocked but in good day. I've seen the poor reviews here and I can't speak to service, I didn't deal with the service department, but as far as buying a car from these people they seem alright. The man who assisted in signing paperwork was also very fair and pleasant. He said he'd been doing that for many years and he was very efficient too, wasting no one's time. I like that. I would recommend them!
