I asked for an unopened one and he claimed it was only opened to show another customer and its fine. Get home open it and its broken with the auxiliary port rattling inside. Guy clearly lied as it was likely a return so I'll be refunding it tomorrow and taking my business elsewhere. Ill also be taking my fleet business elsewhere. Don't lie if I ask for an unopened one just let me buy an unopened one.
