Perfect can you please put eyes on them and make sure you have them before I drive 30 minutes to pick them up. She says yes they are here. Perfect see you first thing in the morning. Arrive this morning, manager states that they only have one in stock. I explained she had both last night or at least that's what I was told. Then they keep making excuses, oh well shes a bigger lady and dont climb ladders so she couldn't have looked for the part. They could be on a pallet in the back not checked in yet. Then if it's not checked in why is it in your system? Oh idk. He also stated that she pockets money from sales and dont return all of peoples money to them. Laziness, lying, and apparently stealing are all ok for employees to do at this store. Years ive dealt with autozone. Today you lost a lifelong customer.
