Try to return a non-Fowler that was two in a pack. It was stapled together when I bought it. That car is no longer with us so I tried returning it to get something else also and the Dude says we can’t warranty that I said buddy it’s still sealed up once their warranty anyway I’ll never come up there again to any AutoZone I just do it for convenience. I got an account O’reillys and that’s where I’ll stay dumb people the rest the guys have never gave me a problem. Can’t remember the guy’s name, but I just left it on the counter and walked out. Shitty Customer Service because he didn’t know what to do. Was Warranty it was just a simple return, but it pissed me off Educate your employees. It was pretty obvious that somebody else had returned it because it was stapled together. Even showed up under my name and phone number and he still wouldn’t help me total shitty customer service
