We bought our usual rainx, to find out they no longer came with adapters for our Lexus NX. The young man at the front and his manager stepped up and expeditiously found the correct ones and had us back on the road. Thank you gentlemen

I went in and was lent the proper tool, brought it inside and was helped to find the correct one to buy and was able to put it in the car myself!!! I am a female who is intimidated by car repairs, even minor. The gentleman there was perfectly helpful. He didn’t mansplain or try to do everything for me or talk down to me. All of these were my concerns going in. Thank you for your help!!!
