A guy with a beard and glasses told me he couldn’t honor my battery warranty bc my battery was just showing low voltage, asked me how long I had driven it which I had the car on for nearly 3 hours. Took it down the road to the other advance, they checked the battery and immediately told me it needed replaced and honored the warranty right then and there. The beard guy was also giving a customer before me a hard time as well, then was saying stuff about changing my battery bc of where the fuse box was located so I guess truly he was just lazy and didn’t want to change it.sounds like he needs to find a new job lol

Michelle said she couldn’t do it for me but could definitely walk me thru the process. My oil light had come on on my way home from work tonight and I knew I would not be able to get to a place that could check and change my oil as late as it was but thanks to Michelle I won’t be nervous to drive in the morning and now I know how to check the oil level and where to put the oil. Thank you again Michelle, this world need more kind people like you!

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
