    Ronda was amazing! Helped me with a battery issue and explained what to look for. She was happy to answer my questions! I live across town but would drive back to that location to have her assist me again!

    I didn't get his name but the gentleman who helped me yesterday was wonderful. I stopped in to buy a battery as I had to have my truck jump started Saturday. He tested the battery and said it was still good. He did clean the terminals to make sure it wasn't a contact issue and also installed new wiper blades for me. Great service.

    If you’re a female customer shopping with your boyfriend or husband, don’t expect the younger male employee to even talk to you, even if it is your car, you know what you’re looking for, and you know what the issue is with your vehicle. The guy that was assisting my boyfriend and I made numerous snarky remarks over windshield wipers while talking over and ignoring me. My boyfriend was installing them correctly and knew there was an issue with the adapter on one of my wipers, and the employee made a rude statement about how he “understands that he’s (my partner) trying to impress your girlfriend” all before realizing we were correct about the issue with the adapter and we were in fact installing it right. It wasn’t until the manager, who was a woman, showed up and actually helped us with our issue. Maybe this is a bit of a stretch and nitpicky, but he even referred to my car as a Subaru, the car with a massive Toyota logo on the front of the vehicle. If it wasn’t for the genuine manager who helped me with my wipers, I would have rated one star due to the blatant disrespect from the younger male employee. Nobody likes a know-it-all, especially when you can’t even differentiate between a Subaru and a Toyota.

    So apparently I have to have my id now to pick up an order? That's new. I have never done that in the 8 (I think, maybe 7) years I have been placing orders with Advance. And even though it has always said id, and for the first few orders I did show it, they've never really wanted it, until now. I showed him my email though and he seemed to calm down about it. Idk why it changes though when it has my middle name on the app, and my first name on the pickup screen. Something to do with my card. Idk
