- JRJUSTIN TIME AUTO REPAIRJun 15, 20252.0So the first time I used this advanced the dude behind the counter told me the wrong size for the exhaust that I needed for the piece of flex hose so I wound up with the wrong size exhaust now today I went in there to The Exchange and oil filter because I got the wrong one which was on me so I'm trying to exchange it and the guy behind the counter says okay well if you don't have the receipt we can do it by your phone number so we start to do it by my phone number and I've gotten several phone numbers in the past month so I gave him the wrong phone number on accident and I tried to give him another phone number and he's like oh no I can't do it you got to actually go to the store that you originally got it from with some sort of underlying tone of an attitude I seem to deal with it a lot more in Advance Autos than anywhere else but the guys behind the counters have attitudes helped really at the bottom line the guys behind the counter tops at Advance Autos are useless now Advance Auto does have some sweet clearance racks

Our car broke down there last night, and not only did they correctly diagnose the problem, they found a way to get me to a repair shop, on a Saturday night during Labor Day weekend. There is a genuine lack of good people where I'm from, and I think that's because they're all working right here.
