    WORST ONLINE ORDERING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. Wife Placed an order for a oil change bundle. Received confirmation of the order and payment, also received an email stating that the order was ready for pickup. When my wife went to pick up the order she. She was told by Ian that he cancelled the filter because it wasn't in stock at the store, he did this w/o asking what my wife wanted to do or any other kind of notification that the order was incomplete. Just Ian saying I cancelled it because it's our policy. Pissed off that the order was changed and not believing Ian. I talked to the GM Martha. Martha advised me after lots of corporate BS. THAT IT IS COMPANY POLICY FOR AUTOZONE EMPLOYEES TO HAVE THE ABILITY TO CHANGE A CUSTOMERS ORDER W/O AUTHORIZATION FROM THE CUSTOMER THAT PLACED IT BECAUSE IT'S HOW THEY RESTOCK THE STORE OF ITEMS THAT AREN'T IN STOCK. I will pay more for an item before I shop in store or online from AutoZone ever again.
