Checkout clerk was more interested in sharing personal stories with another customer, who had already paid for his purchase, and ignore my self and my Service Animal. The silver haired woman looked up at me standing and waiting, and then went on telling a personal story about her female friend that I didn’t need to hear. I sat my basket down and walked away. Only then did she ask if I “needed anything”. Really?! I was waiting to check out as well as order parts they did not have in stock. Some people want to collect a paycheck and do not care about the image they present on behalf of a company. I will never go back. It is just as easy to order everything online. The AutoZone I am referencing is located at 10650 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN. This incident occurred on Saturday, 11 April 2026, at 1115 AM.

She made it to the Farragut store and they replaced her battery, checked her charging system, and took excellent care of her. As a father that was three hours away, I can't thank the manager and his amazing staff enough for getting my daughter back on the road safely.

Although I only bought a couple of low priced items, the Store Manager Jeff greeted me like a long lost friend and advised me about better options of the items I was buying. I sure wish my hometown AZ was as welcoming. Good job Jeff!
