- KRKristin RushingApr 16, 20265.0Jeff's Pipe & Muffler ... Wow! I was floored when they gave me the price for their work. Beyond reasonable (whereas the price I had gotten from another shop was over four times the amount that Jeff's charged). Why I even got a quote from someone else as a mistake I will never make again. Saving $20 on a tow would have set me back hundreds and hundreds of dollars. In addition to price gouging, the other shop told me I needed quite a bit of unnecessary work. I don't pretend to know much about cars. I knew my repair was something that needed to be done by a specialty shop. The price they gave me could have been much more and I would have never known the difference. I knew my vehicle was in good hands. Our family and several friends have had work done there in the past. Fantastic work! Jeff's goes above and beyond our expectations every time. They did not take advantage of me and I now know that's exactly what the other shop was attempting to do. Jeff's knows their stuff. Their prices cannot be beat, they have integrity and return customers for life. Thank you to a fantastic staff! A true breath of fresh air in the industry.
