- MMMatthew Mahaley1 day ago5.0My son and I were towing a vehicle on a Uhaul trailer when one of the trailer wheels came off the axle. JB Autoworks was assigned to us for roadside assistance. Tyler called and got all the necessary information and made sure the correct type of truck was sent. Robert showed up and knew exactly what to do. The vehicle we were towing was not drivable, the the trailer was missing a wheel. Not only was Robert able to secure the trailer and the vehicle on the flatbed, he was able to deliver it safely to its destination and offload it. I definitely feel confident having JB Autoworks provide any Towing for any vehicle I have. They are top-notch and made sure to do the job the way it needed to be done.

Now I have someone to take my car to when it needs maintenance or repair. I have been here twice and I am happy with the service. I had a bad experience at a dealership and traded my car in after spending 3k on repairs that didn’t fix the issue. I only have one car, and it’s stressful when it breaks down and you have to decide whether to fix it or go in debt for a newer car. I trust JB Auto, and I feel confident that I won’t go through that again.
