  I have been going to Valvoline for years. They send you coupons to your email. Usually a 20% off. They do a great job. The Kingsport locations are both great 👍

  They were very courteous quick offered options on products. Let us know things that needed to be updated soon. Didn't pressure us to buy there products like a lot of places do.

  I brought my own Valvoline Restore & Protect oil for an oil change, since this location didn't carry it. Despite providing the oil myself, they charged me over $50 just for the labor. That felt unfair, especially since another location quoted me $35 for the same. To make it worse, after checking my tire pressure, they didn't put the valve caps back on. For the price and the lack of basic care, I was disappointed and won't be returning

  First visit. Oil change and coolant flush. Excellent customer service which exceedingly ursurped my expectations. The store manager was exceptionally professional, as well as the technicians. I will definitely return for future car maintenance. I appreciate the fact that these guys didn't try to sell services and auto parts that were unnecessary. These guys got the job done in an extremely professional manner. No run around at all. Well done, Valvoline.
