I drove the 45min to get there and they said they were booked when on the phone he said they don't do appointments. It was a waste of time. Also, as i was there in the office waiting to speak to someone at the window they were outside talking and smoking with no regard to seeing me walk in and wait. Apparently smoking and conversating is more important than running a business. They need advice on how to utilize smoke breaks among employees
