Sign here initial here she said . She did not introduce herself . When she went to the van to explain how to blow into the handheld device she did not explain it so I could blow into it and start my van . I went back a few days later and started my van when dashboard was closed. She failed to tell me to inhale first. Instead she told me if I was a smoker I may not have enough breath to breathe into it. Said I would need to get a work order to recalibrate it!
